IMNDA held a reception to mark MND Global Awareness Day which is on 21st June and we held an event to mark this on Thursday the 20th June.
The reception was held in Salesforce office which is located in Dublin's docklands area. We were joined by Lord Mayor Daithi DeRoiste along with the Academic of Neurology, Trinity College Dublin and our MND community. The event event highlighted new developments within IMNDA such as the announcement of our new CEO Kevin Burn and also insights into MND Research led by Dr Miriam Galvin.
It was also an opportunity to thank some of the supporters of the Association for their tireless efforts in fundraising for IMNDA and awareness raising of MND. Thanks to everyone for coming along and making the day so special. A huge thanks to Salesforce for providing the facilities to IMNDA for the day.
