Niamh Condon is a chef and she set up Dining with Dignity in 2019 to provide catering & consultancy training in the healthcare sector. Niamh wants to cook good wholesome nutritious food and present it well. Niamh has a passion that pureed foods can be presented just as well as non pureed. She has created many recipes including one for a fully pureed pavlova.
