The Adore Study – Large European Clinical Trial

“The ADORE study, a large European clinical trial, has recently started in Ireland. The ADORE study is
evaluating a potential new treatment for people living with #ALS.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of an oral formulation of Edaravone. In some
countries outside the EU, Edaravone is already prescribed as an intravenous treatment for ALS.
The ADORE study is still looking for people with ALS to participate.

TRICALS is an international clinical trial consortium, which collaborates with the Sponsor of this study,
Ferrer, on the ADORE trial.
