Virtual Sunrise up Croagh Patrick 2020

Join us on our Virtual Climb during June 2020

Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic the annual Sunrise up Croagh Patrick challenge in Westport this year.

However, in its place there is a Virtual Sunrise Up Croagh Patrick during the month of June. The organisers are asking you to take on a different challenge to support their cause for 2020 in a way which complies with the current HSE/NHS (Covid-19) directions.

So, the challenge for 2020 asks you to Virtually Climb Croagh Patrick (27,000 steps or 20.5km) – once, twice or more ……how many times – is up to you…

During the month of June 2020 walk/run/dance/hula hoop or climb – building as many steps as you can whether it is in your home, garden or during your daily exercise outdoors (respecting the HSE/NHS directions*).

Ask your friends, colleagues and family to sponsor you to Virtually Climb Croagh Patrick to raise much needed funds for the chosen charities:

o Young Parkinson’s Ireland (CHY 10816)
o Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association. (CHY 8510)
